Welcome to our photo gallery.
In order to help you pick the best time of year to raft with Azur Expeditions, the following are a few galleries with photographs taken while on the Rouge River.
We have classified the pictures in the following categories:
Flood level
This is the most extreme rafting Azur can offer!
This is high-thrill rafting and is NOT for the faint of heart! The spring snow melt brings raging rapids and cold temperatures, an adrenaline rush guaranteed. The photos in this gallery were taken at levels 300 to 450 m3/s on the Canyon section and 120 to 150 m3/s on the Seven Sisters section of the Rouge River.
Adrenaline junkies only...
Mid to high levels
The best time go rafting with Azur!
River levels return to normal, and warmer temperatures make for ideal rafting conditions enjoyed by the majority of our clientel each year.
Lower levels
Rafting the whole family can enjoy.
While the more daring tackle other parts of the river, Azur can take you on sections of the Rouge River accessible for the whole family. Calmer conditions allow you to take in the panoramic scenery.
